How do I get a refund?

The steps to obtain a refund differ from college to college. If you registered through a college, contact us or them and we will walk you through the process.
OLT’s basic policy, is that students’ have one (1) business day after their registration is processed to submit their request by email to either the college they registered through or OnLine Training's registration desk (register@oltraining.com). A $25 administration fee will be charged for all OLT approved refunds. To be sure you are in compliance with the refund policy, refer back to your student welcome letter or the OLT Terms and Conditions page.
