INS005FL40 Registered Customer Service Representative (4-40) Designation Course

Welcome to the online designation course for the Registered Customer Service Representative. You will enjoy being able to study when you want, what you want and for as long as you want. With this online course, you control your progress and we ensure you are exposed to all the information you will need to be successful as a new agent.
This course is structured with the right content, delivered in small quantities, with learning assured through frequent fill-in-the-blank questions, elements of information emphasized and instructor guided learning. Several tools are provided to make your learning straightforward and comprehensive.
Your course contains Lessons, Quizzes, and a Final Exam. Lessons are not graded (the grade shown is for your information only). Lessons should be repeated as often as possible until you are confident you know the material. There are 10 Quizzes in this course. We suggest that you should have at least a 90% score on the unit quizzes to learn the material thoroughly and do well on the final. We encourage you to attempt the quizzes as many times as you wish. Your highest score will be used. Quizzes averaged together are worth 50% of your final grade (the final exam is worth the other 50%). You are required to pass the Final Exam with a grade of 70 or higher to receive credit for this course. Your final course grade average must be at least a 70% to pass the course. Successful passing of this course exempts you from the state exam.
