“This short course is a demonstration of OnLine Training’s ability to quickly and efficiently distribute required information to individuals and to certify they have received it, understood the information and have acknowledged they now know the information. It is an example of how mandated information required by law or policy change can be quickly presented online through a learning management system. The two page memorandum and letter of distribution was converted into an online corporate training course in less than four hours. OLT can set the system to manage the distribution (issue user names and passwords, and prepare an automated welcome message to be sent to each participant in the course). OLT uses a series of questions to drive the use analysis to determine if this approach to corporate training is appropriate for a particular project.”
