To register by phone, please select your course (s) and have your credit card ready. Then call (866) 357-0841 and OLT staff will complete the registration form for you over the phone.

To register by FAX, fill in the blanks, print this page, and then FAX the registration to (561) 357-4957.

To register by Mail, fill in the blanks, print this page, and then mail the registration to 2669 Forest Hill Blvd. Ste 207, West Palm Beach, FL 33406 . Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to OnLine Training.

Once we receive your registration and process the charge you will receive, via email, a Welcome Message containint your login and password for each course in which you are registered.

(Usually Five to 10 Days from the Date you Mail your paid registration or within 24 hours from when you faxed it.)
