OLT is an Online Institution. All courses and automated services are available online 24 hours each day 365 days per year. Our instructors and staff maintain regular office hours.

Registrar, Admin, Technical, web support, and E-mail support - 24 hours a day.

Registrar & Technical Support are available during these hours:

Monday- Friday - 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays- Closed
