How-To: Submit Your Grades

If you are taking a pre-licensing course you have to complete the Grade Submittal form and submit it to us in order to formally end your course.  If you require more assistance please call our office Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 5:00PM EST toll free at 866-357-0841 (Local 561-283-0333) or send us an email at support@oltraining.com.

Steps 1 & 2:

Login to your course and select your course from the course overview menu.

Step 3:

To reach the form click on the Grade Submittal Form links in the Navigation Menu on the left side of your screen or scroll to the bottom of the course's Welcome page and select it from within the course outline. This will take you directly to the form.

Step 4:

You must check the box at the top of the form. This box finalizes your grades and has to be checked in order for the form to be submitted.

Step 5:

Fill out the form with your personal information.

Colleges require this information to report your completion to the state and mail the certificate of completion to you. Some colleges will email the certificate instead. Don't worry if you don't remember which college you registered with, to find out you can check your student welcome letter or you can type in OLT. We maintain records of which college you enrolled with and will make sure the right college gets your grade submittal form.

Step 6:

Click the "Submit My Grades" button at the bottom of the form.

After doing that you will be taken to a thank you screen that shows the information you submitted to us.

Follow up:

Our compliance department processes Grade Submittals as soon as they receive them, in the order that they come in. For most pre-licensing courses the college you enrolled with or OLT will submit your grades directly to the state and send you your certificate. If you took a Designation course that waives the state exam you will be sent the certificate of completion directly and are required by state law to submit it to the state yourself. If you have any questions please contact your college or us.
