The most convenient and quickest method for registering is online. Click here for online registration.
Registration and payment can also be completed by phone by calling 407-582-6688.
Students who register for the Life, Health and Variable Annuities (2-15) course must contact the e-Learning Coordinator at elearning_info@valenciacc.edu or by phone at (407) 582-6773, and give your name, telephone number, e-mail address and the test date preference for the review and final course exam session. Or click here to send information online. (This ONLY applies to the Life, Health and Variable Annuities (2-15) 4 hour class.)
Students will generally receive their access information in the form of a "Welcome Letter" directly from our partner, Online Training, (register@oltraining.com) within 3-4 business days of registering. (This letter will include your User name, User ID number and Internet address to access the course.) Note: To prevent misdirected mail, students with high filters on their computer should check their "spam" or "junk" mail. Or students can add the register@oltraining.com e-mail address to their directory.
Textbook:
Local (Orlando) students can purchase the required textbook from the Valencia Institute Bookstore. Call 407-299-5000 and ask for the west or east campus bookstore. To purchase your required textbook through a local distributor, click here for information.
How to pay for classes: Individuals: Valencia Institute accepts cash, money orders, checks, Visa , MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your check, money order payment, or credit card information must accompany the registration form; otherwise, your registration is not complete and will be returned. (Registration forms that are not signed are considered incomplete and will be returned to you.) Checks and money orders must be payable to Valencia Institute. Cash payments must be made in person at the Sand Lake Center. Please do not mail cash. For more information call (407) 582-6688.
Business/Organizations: In addition to the payment options listed above, businesses/organizations may submit purchase orders and/or formal letters of authorization that must accompany registration requests. Faxed registrations must include a copy of the purchase order or formal letter of authorization. Purchase orders and/or formal letters or authorization must include:
• Company letterhead with a billing address, and typed, not handwritten. • Contact name, title, and phone number of person authorized to purchase for the business/organization. • What is being authorized, such as tuition, books, lab fees, etc. • Student(s) name(s), Social Security number(s), course number(s), and dates of class(es) requested.

How to fax registration forms: Fax registration forms to (407) 582-6610 along with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card information. Faxes come into a secure area.
Fees Fees for most courses are shown with each course listing. If not, please call the appropriate department for more information. For department extensions, select Contact Telephone Numbers. Fees are subject to change without notice.
Are confirmations issued? For questions about the status of the class, please contact (407) 582-6688. For your records, please make note of the dates, times, and locations of the classes for which you have registered.
Where is the class? The location of each class is listed with the course description. For more details see the location map. Should the location or status of the class be changed, you will be notified by phone 24 hours prior to the class. Please be sure to include your home and office phone numbers, plus email address on the registration form.
Cancellations Circumstances periodically cause classes to be canceled. If you have preregistered, we will attempt to notify you. A notice will also be placed at the entrance to the classroom.
Refund Policy Refunds are given when a class is canceled by the college or if the college is notified by the student in writing within 48 hours of the Welcome Message being sent. Refund checks will be mailed within 15 working days to the student at the address currently on file with the Registrar's Office. Payments by credit card are not issued a credit to the cardholder's account; a refund check is issued. If a source other than the student has paid for the course(s), it is the student's responsibility to reimburse that source. Please verify your address with Registrar's Office because returned mail is not forwarded to the new address if the college has not been notified of your change of address.
