a. Knowledge of building construction, market conditions, quality and condition of the subject property.
b. The appraiser must be able to read a legal description and recognize the exact boundaries of the subject property.
c. Estimates the value of real property (land and /or buildings).
d. Conducting a thorough study of the appraised property, it's geographical area and economic trends.
