Biography Pamela Hubbart, CPCU, obtained a property/casualty agent’s license in 1974, has been licensed as a Surplus Lines Agent and instructed insurance courses at Broward Community College for over ten years. In addition to the CPCU designation, she holds Associate Risk Management and a Certified Insurance Counselor designation. She has been a member and held many offices of the Florida Gold Coast chapter of CPCU. Pam is president of Hubbart Consulting Inc.
