After completion of this course, you will receive the Customer Service Representative designation which allows you to apply to the Department of Insurance for your license and WAIVES the State exam. Topics covered include: Automobile, Property Insurance, Inland Marine, Crime, Workers Compensation, General Liability, Health Insurance, and State Law.

Biography Jan Bradburn has been teaching and designing curriculum in Florida for the past 20 years. After obtaining a General Lines Agent License, she began designing and delivering insurance, pre-licensing and continuing education training. She is currently a Technical Training Specialist and supervisor of the Quality Assurance Department at Liberty Mutual Group's Direct Response Center in Orlando. Recently she led a training team in developing 200 hours of New Hire Training for personal lines auto, homeowner and umbrella policies. In addition to her duties at Liberty Mutual, Jan teaches the Accredited Claim Adjusters pre-licensing course at Seminole Community College. She has taught at every grade level including pre-school, elementary, middle and high school, and adult learners, which has helped her gain a better understand of the developmental learning process. Jan holds a B. S. in Developmental Psychology.
