Project planning begins with project identification. Project identification is derived from the goals established to support the mission of the organization.
Basic questions such as: Why is training needed? Who needs training? What training is needed. Must be asked and answered before a project is identified. Based on the answer to these questions a project can be identified and assigned within an organiz

Training via a closed intranet permits the use of server based multimedia. Training via the internet limits multimedia and increases the complexity for the training developer.
