OLT incorporated June 27 and began operations August 1, 1997. Initially its core effort was CPE for the insurance industry. It has now added Training Development, Basic Education and Real Estate Education.

At its core is a highly professional group with high success coupled with years of experience.

OLT is a user of technology. Its core product is service in the training development area. It builds teams to accomplish specific projects. It does not seek work for employees. It employs people to do work.
